By using BlissNeat you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

BlissNeat provides receipt tracking, approval workflows, and reporting tools for business teams. We are not a financial institution and do not hold, transfer or invest funds.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use BlissNeat
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use BlissNeat for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or fraudulent receipts
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Share your account credentials with unauthorised parties

5. Free Trial & Payments

We offer a free trial period. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of BlissNeat is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you submit to BlissNeat.

7. Intellectual Property

BlissNeat and its original content, features and functionality are owned by BlissNeat and are protected by international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

BlissNeat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlissNeat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support@blissneat.com.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
